Terms
Terms of Service
Last updated: April 29, 2026.
Acceptance
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of CreatorFinder. By using the website, API, documentation, paid results, or related services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use CreatorFinder.
The service
CreatorFinder is a paid creator contact discovery API. Customers describe a creator segment or use supported API inputs. CreatorFinder finds candidate public creator pages, verifies accepted contacts under its rules, and returns creator contact records.
CreatorFinder does not provide private, leaked, breach, credential, secret, or guessed email data. Seed providers and public indexes are not themselves verification. A contact is accepted only after CreatorFinder checks that the required public information is present.
Payments and launch pricing
Current launch pricing is $0.01 per verified creator contact. Job creation, job status polling, rejected pages, unverified pages, and empty jobs are not billable unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Human-managed purchases may use Stripe checkout once that flow is live. Agent usage may use x402 or other supported wallet payment flows. Payment challenges, checkout pages, receipts, and written agreements control the final amount charged for a transaction.
Accounts, wallets, and API use
You are responsible for requests made using your account, wallet, client, API credentials if issued, idempotency keys, or payment method. Keep credentials and wallets secure. Do not attempt to bypass payment, rate limits, access controls, or security controls.
Automated agents may use CreatorFinder only within the documented API, payment, budget, and acceptable-use boundaries. Runtime API and payment metadata may change, and clients are responsible for handling errors, retries, idempotency, and budget caps correctly.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for your job requests, outreach, compliance, and use of results. You must comply with applicable email, marketing, privacy, consumer-protection, platform, and anti-spam laws. CreatorFinder does not send outreach for you and does not determine whether your specific use is legally permitted.
Acceptable use
You may not use CreatorFinder to:
- Find, infer, buy, sell, or validate private, leaked, breach, credential, secret, or vulnerability data.
- Target minors, adult or fetish categories, harassment, doxing, threats, fraud, malware, phishing, or unlawful activity.
- Generate or send spam, deceptive outreach, unlawful surveillance, or platform abuse.
- Overload, crawl, reverse engineer, scrape, or attack CreatorFinder outside documented API behavior.
- Remove, hide, or misrepresent provenance, verification status, rejection status, or payment requirements.
Cached results and freshness
CreatorFinder may store paid, verified creator contacts in a durable cache and may use those records for future customers. Cached records are subject to freshness checks, opt-outs, suppression, deduplication, and updated verification rules. Creator information can change, and CreatorFinder does not guarantee that a contact remains valid forever.
Opt-outs and removals
CreatorFinder may honor creator opt-out, suppression, abuse, or legal removal requests. We may retain suppression metadata to prevent re-adding removed records.
Intellectual property
CreatorFinder, the website, documentation, design, brand, API organization, and software are owned by CreatorFinder or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of CreatorFinder technology or brand assets to you. You retain responsibility for your own inputs and systems.
Third-party services
CreatorFinder may rely on third-party services for hosting, security, payments, wallet payment facilitation, public data access, and support. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and CreatorFinder is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.
Disclaimers
CreatorFinder is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CreatorFinder disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CreatorFinder will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to the service.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CreatorFinder from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of CreatorFinder, your outreach or downstream use of results, your violation of these terms, or your violation of applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page and the structured metadata for this page. Your continued use of CreatorFinder after changes means you accept the updated terms.
