Privacy Policy

Overview

CreatorFinder is a creator contact discovery API. Customers describe a creator segment, and CreatorFinder returns public creator contact records that pass our verification rules.

This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we handle public creator contact records, and how to contact us about privacy or opt-out requests.

Information we collect

• Customer and support information. If you contact us, buy credits, or request support, we may receive your name, email address, company details, message contents, and related support context.
• Billing information. Human checkout is planned through Stripe once Starter credits are live. We will not store full payment card numbers. Stripe may provide us with payment status, receipt, customer, and billing metadata needed to fulfill purchases.
• API usage information. We may process job requests, idempotency keys, budget caps, requested niches or platforms, request IDs, timestamps, IP-derived operational metadata, user agents, rate-limit events, and error logs.
• Wallet payment information. Agent payments may involve public wallet addresses, payment network identifiers, settlement metadata, transaction references, and delivery history.
• Public creator information. CreatorFinder processes public creator emails, supported social profile links, page provenance, verification timestamps, rejection metadata, and opt-out state.

How we use information

• Operate, secure, debug, and improve CreatorFinder.
• Create, run, price, and fulfill creator discovery jobs.
• Process x402 payments and, once live, Stripe checkout, receipts, and settlement records.
• Deduplicate results and avoid repeatedly delivering the same contact to the same customer.
• Maintain a durable cache of verified, paid creator contacts for future jobs, subject to freshness checks and opt-outs.
• Prevent abuse, enforce rate limits, investigate misuse, and comply with law.
• Respond to support, privacy, opt-out, and legal requests.

Public creator records

CreatorFinder is designed for public information only. We do not use private datasets, leaked data, breach data, credentials, secret data, or guessed emails. An accepted creator contact must pass current verification rules before it is delivered or billed.

If you are a creator and want to request removal or suppression, contact hello@creatorfinder.dev. We may retain suppression records so your information is not re-added.

How we share information

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the product, including hosting, security, payment processing, support, analytics if enabled, and payment facilitation. These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate abuse, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention

Temporary job runtime state may expire after it is no longer needed. Paid results, creator verification records, delivery ledgers, transaction records, security logs, and opt-out records may be retained longer when needed to operate the service, avoid duplicate delivery, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce terms, and honor suppression requests.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or limitation of certain personal information. To make a request, email hello@creatorfinder.dev. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.

Children

CreatorFinder is not directed to children under 13, and customers may not use CreatorFinder to discover or target minors.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Changes

We may update this policy. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page and the structured metadata for this page.
